A prestigious development of 7 luxury apartments required a quality floor throughout all areas to compliment the high specification sought by the developer. Kahrs Oak Hampshire was laid as a floating system to work well in conjunction with the underfloor heating. Oak Romanov was chosen for the exclusive penthouse apartment. The same flooring was fitted to the open treads to feature staircases within the duplex apartments.
